Scanned copy of the recent passport size photograph, (in formal dress); No selfies please
Scanned copy of the Provisional 10 STD Marks Card or copy of online Marks sheet of SSLC/X STD. Accurate personal information (such as Candidate’s full name, Parents’ full name, Date of Birth etc.) as per any of the following documents:
(a)SSLC/X STD Marks Card / Hall Ticket (b)Transfer Certificate
Candidates from boards other than Karnataka SSLC have to pay C 1000/- extra towards eligibility certificate.
Candidates from IGCSE and overseas schools have to obtain Eligibility Certificate from Pre-University Board before the admission to I PUC.
