Ignatius Feast

SJICPUC, along with the St. Joseph's Indian Institutions has a tradition of remembering the founder of the Jesuits - St Ignatius of Loyola. To honour his contributions to the society, the college conducted sketching and painting competitions on 25 July 2017. 

There was a student celebration which was held on 28 July at 2.30 pm in the quadrangle where the students witnessed performances by the dance, theatre and music groups. The Rector, Rev Fr Leo Pereira and the principal Rev Fr Henry Saldanha graced the occasion. The Chief Guest, Br Anthony Crasta, addressed the gathering about the life if St Ignatius and the goods deeds he had done to the community.

Prizes were given for the winners of the art competitions. The Rector Rev Fr Leo Pereira blessed the gathering.
