St Joseph’s Indian Composite PU College organised a Parent Orientation Programme for the parents of I and II year students on 12 July 2018 & 13 July 2018. The Programme commenced with a prayer and the Welcome Address was given by the Vice Principal, Dr Flora Olinda D’souza, and also introduced the chief guest and speaker, Rev Fr Henry Saldanha SJ, the Director of SJICPUC, along with Mr Vinod Amrithraj, the Principal of SJICPUC to the gathering. The aim of this Orientation Programme was to familiarise parents, “as partners in progress” with the rules and regulations of the college, and the role of parents in effective parenting. The Orientation Programme proved to be a sincere effort made by the college in guiding the parents towards institutional principles and developing healthy relationships among the parents, the children, the teachers and the institution.
