The college offers the two year Pre-University Course, under the regulation of the Board of Pre-University Examination in Karnataka with the following combination of subjects.

Medium of Instruction
Teaching is conducted in English and students are required to have a working knowledge of English both spoken and written.

College Timings
Monday to Friday between 8.45 am and 3.30 p.m.
Saturday between 8.45 a.m. and 11.45 a.m.

There are no integrated batches which train students for competitive exams.

Admission Guidelines:

1. Online application portal will be activated on the day of declaration of Karnataka SSLC results. If other Board results are announced earlier, those candidates should wait for the announcement of Karnataka SSLC results for the online admission portal to be enabled.

2. Admission process is completely online. No application forms will be issued at the college office.

3. Online application forms cannot be filled through mobile phones.

4. Admission is open for both boys and girls.

5. Applicants should go through the entire guidelines and follow all the instructions.

Please note : Ignorance of guidelines is not an excuse for errors made in the application form / procedure.

6. Applicants who are unable to submit the applications online can contact the admission "HELP DESK" set up in the college.

7. ICSE/CBSE/Other State Boards candidates who are waiting for their results are required to submit their applications online once their results are declared.

Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants should have passed the Karnataka SSLC Examination or any other Equivalent Examination recognized by the Department of Pre-University Education, Karnataka and must satisfy all other conditions set by them.

Requirements for online admission process:

1. Valid E-mail ID of the candidate.
   Please Note: Do not apply using others E-mail ID or Parents E-mail ID

2. Valid mobile number of the Parents/Guardians.

3. Accurate personal information (such as Candidate's full name, Parents' full name, Date of Birth etc.) as per any of the following documents:
      a. SSLC/X STD Marks Card
      b. Transfer Certificate
      c. Online Marks sheet of SSLC/X STD
      d. SSLC/X STD Examination Hall Ticket issued by the concerned Board

4. Letter from the Parish Priest/Pastor for Catholic/Christian candidates

5. Valid Caste/Category certificates belonging to SC/ST/Category 1/2A/2B/3A/3B
if applicable

6. Valid certificates for Physically Challenged/ Learning Disabilities if applicable

7. Sports/Cultural/Other achievement certificates if applicable.
(State/ national / International )

Please Note : Applicants should make sure that the information provided in the application form is accurate and correct. If the information is found to be false or inaccurate then the application will be rejected at any stage of admission process and there will be no refund of any fee paid.

Online Application Procedure :

Kindly go through all steps from Step 1 to Step 10 provided by the portal.

Please Note : A candidate can apply for more than one combination with same Login ID. However separate applications have to be generated and submitted for each combination.

Step 1: Instructions and Information:
Before starting to fill the online application the candidate should compulsorily look into following aspects:

• Candidate should go through the complete online procedure and
various instructions given

• Candidate should keep ready all the documents/requirements mentioned in the instructions and refer to them while filling the online application form.

Step 2: Filling up of the Application Form:
Click on the "Online Application Form" link and follow the procedure to fill in all the details in the application form accurately.
Please note: All details filled in should be accurate as per the supporting documents. All fields marked with * have to be filled compulsorily.

Step 3 : Saving the filled in Application Form:
After filling in all the information accurately, click on the 'Save' button to save the information entered in your application.

Please Note: If document is not saved then all the information filled in will be lost

Step 4 : Verification of the filled in Application form
Once the Application form is saved, the candidate can view the filled in Application form online and check for the accuracy of the information. Any changes need to be made can be done at this stage only.

Step 5 : Submission of the filled in Application Form Online:
Upon being satisfied of the accuracy of the form, click on 'Submit' button for the submission of online application.

Step 6 : Download and Print the Online Application Form generated:
After submission, a PDF file of the complete application form will be generated and the candidate has to download the same and take a print of the complete application form.
Please Note: The application form consists of 3 pages and print out should be taken back to back.

Step 7 : Affix Photo and Signatures
Once the print out of the application form is taken the candidate has to affix his/ her recent passport size photograph in the space provided. Also affix the candidate's signature and the parents/guardian's signature in the space provided.

Step 8 : Attach Photocopies/Xerox copies of the following Documents:
    • Online SSLC/X STD marks sheet
    • Copy of letter from Parish Priest/Pastor for Catholic/Christian candidates
    • Copy of caste certificate if applicable
    • Copy of Aadhar Card

Please Note: Do not attach any Original Documents along with the application form. If original documents are submitted with the application, then college will not be responsible for its damage/loss/return. However all the original documents should be produced for verification at the time of interview.

Step 9 : Registration of the Application Form in the College office:
The printed application form with all attached documents should be submitted to the college office IN PERSON within the stipulated time. The candidate should also pay a non-refundable/non-transferable Registration Fee of Rs. 25/- (Rupees twenty five only) while submitting the hard copy of the application form. This will lead to registration of the candidate's application for further admission process

Please Note: If the printout of the application form is not submitted IN PERSON to the college office for registration within the stipulated date and time, the application will be rejected/cancelled and the online submission will become invalid. Ignorance of Step 9 as given above cannot be claimed as an excuse to consider for admission.

Step 10 : Receipt of Acknowledgement:
On submission and registration of the application form, an acknowledgement bearing the college seal would be handed over to the applicant/bearer of the application. This original acknowledgement should be kept safe and brought by the candidate for all further admission procedures.

Please note: Loss/damage to the original acknowledgement will lead to cancellation of the application submitted.

General instructions :

• The college does not accept capitation/donations for admissions. In case such a demand is made by any of the members in the admission process, the candidate is requested to bring this in writing to the notice of the Principal or the Rector of our institution.

• The college does not authorize any individual or organization to distribute/ sell/ process the application/ admission on its behalf.

• Selected candidates have to appear for the interviews in formal attire with their Parents/Guardians compulsorily.

• The candidate should periodically check the college website/college notice board for schedule of various important dates and timings of admission process.

Please Note: Failure to follow the stipulated time schedule/admission guidelines by the candidate will lead to rejection of his/her application for admission.

• Fee Structure for I PUC will be displayed on the Notice Board.

• Admission Fees once paid will not be refunded or transferred to another candidate.

• The decision of the Admission Committee will be final and binding in all matters concerning admission.
