9. Future Plans of Department

The Department of Chemistry is committed to fostering a deeper understanding of chemical sciences and inspiring a passion for discovery among students of Classes 11 and 12. In line with our vision for academic excellence and holistic learning, we are excited to share our future plans:

Introduction of Experiential Learning Modules

We aim to enhance practical learning through interactive laboratory sessions, project-based assignments, and demonstrations that align with real-world applications of chemistry.

Integration of Technology in Teaching

Smart boards, simulation software, and virtual labs will be incorporated into regular teaching to support visual and conceptual learning, especially for complex topics.

Workshops and Guest Lectures

We plan to organize regular workshops and guest sessions with experts from academia and industry to expose students to recent advances and career opportunities in chemical sciences.

Student Research and Innovation Corner

Encouraging curious minds, we will launch an initiative where students can propose and work on mini research projects under faculty guidance.

Eco-Friendly Chemistry Initiatives

Emphasizing sustainability, the department will introduce green chemistry practices in labs and promote environmental awareness through student-led campaigns.

Through these initiatives, we hope to create a vibrant, inquisitive, and future-ready learning environment for our students

10. Message from the Head of the Department

"Chemistry is not just a subject—it is the key to understanding the world around us. At the heart of every discovery lies curiosity, and in every experiment, a spark of innovation. Here in our department, we strive to ignite that spark in each student. With dedication, discipline, and a spirit of inquiry, we aim to shape not just future scientists, but responsible citizens who use knowledge to uplift society. Let’s explore, question, and grow—together."
