The PTA Executive Committee Meeting was held on 16 August 2025 in the Board Room, with the presence of the Principal, Vice Principal, PTA committee members, and 21 parents. The meeting began with a prayer by Mr. Vibin Varghese, followed by a welcome address by Fr. Vishal M Pinto SJ, emphasizing parent–teacher collaboration. Members were then encouraged to briefly introduce themselves. The Principal, Dr. Flora Olinda D’Souza, addressed the gathering, highlighting the importance of the PTA in strengthening parent–institution relationships and ensuring students’ holistic development. The election of office bearers for 2025–26 was conducted, and Ms. Sowmya J was elected as Vice President. Members deliberated and discussed student welfare, upcoming events, and improving parent–teacher coordination, including suggestions for monitoring attendance and academic progress. The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Nagaraju Erukala, who expressed gratitude to the management, PTA members, and parents for their active participation and valuable contributions, making the meeting meaningful and successful.
