The II PU Inauguration Programme was held on 18th May 2026 at 2:00 p.m. in the SJIPS Auditorium. The programme was coordinated by Ms. Sandhya P and anchored gracefully by Ms. Michelle Stanley. The event commenced with the College Anthem, followed by a prayer service and an elegant Invocation Dance performed by the II PU students.The dignitaries then lit the ceremonial lamp, marking the auspicious beginning of the academic year. The gathering was warmly welcomed by Vice Principal, Mr. Pradeep Kumar. Principal, Dr. Flora Olinda D’souza introduced the new staff members and welcomed them to the SJICPUC family. The Director, Rev. Fr. Cyril Menezes SJ, addressed the students and encouraged them to strive for excellence in academics and personal growth. The programme also featured the distribution of merit certificates to the I PU toppers in recognition of their outstanding academic achievements. Another highlight of the event was the release of the college magazine for the academic year 2025–26, themed “Coexistence of Colours”. The audience also witnessed the launch of the special logo commemorating “20 Years of Excellence” of the college, marking an important milestone in the institution’s journey. The inauguration programme ended with a vote of thanks.
