The I PUC Inauguration Programme was held on 25th May 2026 at 9:30 am in the SJIPS Auditorium to warmly welcome the new batch of students and mark the beginning of their college journey. The programme commenced with the College Anthem, followed by an introduction and a solemn prayer service. A graceful invocation dance performed by the II PU students and the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by the dignitaries added solemnity to the occasion. Dr. Flora Olinda D’Souza, Principal, delivered the welcome address. This was followed by inspiring message from the Rector Rev. Fr. Joseph D’Souza S.J., who motivated the students to pursue academic excellence and holistic development.One of the highlights of the event was the distribution of merit certificates to the academic achievers of the year 2025-2026. The event also featured a video presentation showcasing the college campus, classrooms, staffs and class guides. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks. The ceremony set a positive tone for the academic year, inspiring students to embrace new opportunities, overcome challenges and build meaningful relationships as they embark on their college journey.
