St. Joseph's Indian Composite PU College organized a Leadership Development Programme on 11 July from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. The session was conducted by Dr. Rajdeep Manwani, an inspiring motivational speaker and leadership trainer whose journey as a partially blind individual motivated students through lessons on courage, resilience, and leadership. He introduced the concept of Sliding Door Moments, emphasizing how small decisions can shape one's future and highlighting empathy, responsibility, selflessness, and service as essential leadership qualities. Students actively participated in interactive discussions and a reflective activity, making the programme engaging and impactful. The session concluded with students feeling inspired to develop strong leadership skills and a positive attitude towards serving others.
