JESCOL II was held from 10th to 12th August 2026 at Ashirvad, Bengaluru, and was hosted by Fr. Brian Pereira, SJ. The three-day seminar brought together staff members from different colleges for reflection, learning and formation. The seminar covered key topics - discernment and the Examination of Consciousness, Cura Personalis, Ignatius formation and social responsibility. The sessions encouraged staffs to reflect on their personal and professional roles, understand and care for students with empathy, and respond to challenges in a meaningful and compassionate manner. The seminar was a valuable and enriching experience that promoted personal growth, reflection, collaboration and a deeper commitment to the service.
